A Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) is issued by an Export Promotion Council (EPC) or commodity board and certifies that you are a registered exporter of a given product. Most DGFT benefits — from duty-exemption schemes to RoDTEP — require a valid RCMC. The right council depends on what you export.
